Russ Taylor has lived in Mahomet his whole life, and the brokers who work alongside him know Champaign County the same way: by name, street, and school district. From Lake of the Woods to the University of Illinois campus, this is the ground we cover every day.

Russ has spent more than 50 years in Champaign County real estate, beginning with Taylor Realty in 1972 and reestablishing Taylor Realty Associates with his brother Nick as an independent firm in 2023. A lifelong Mahomet resident and graduate of the University of Illinois, he holds the CRS, CRB, GRI, ABR, and SRES designations. He was named CCAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2009 and treats real estate as helping people find their place, not just closing transactions.
